AE&E Lentjes UK moved from London to Duke's Court in Woking in early 1990. We were looking for a prestigious building with good links to both London and Heathrow Airport plus parking facilities and Duke's Court fitted the bill. Duke's Court is a five minute walk from Woking Station which not only has a fast, regular service to London but also to Basingstoke and Southampton plus a bus service to Heathrow. Alternatively a taxi journey to Heathrow takes around 30 minutes. The centre of town is only 5 minutes walk away with a good range of shops and a theatre.

The building is well-presented and well-managed with a proactive building manager and an efficient and friendly team of security and maintenance staff plus a dedicated receptionist. There is 24 hour security so out-of-hours and weekend working presents no problems.

‘A warm and friendly welcome is how one is greeted when arriving at Dukes Court reception, with professional and knowledgeable personnel.  The building is maintained to a high standard and the bright and airy offices provide a pleasant working environment.  With the building being manned 24x7 gives one the sense of security and safety.  An additional benefit is also having onsite secure parking – knowing that we can leave our cars overnight safely is very reassuring.

It’s location provides easy access to motorways and trains to London.

Fidessa has been in Dukes Court for over 10 years.  The location is ideal for us, we have another office in London so the station being close is a big benefit to us.  We also have employees that use the local bus service which helps those that live locally but choose not to drive.  The recently installed secure bike racks have been very well received by Fidessa as we have a lot of employees who cycle in on a daily basis. The Property Management are very approachable and quick to respond to any issues that we may have which is vital to the smooth running of our office.
