The offices are arranged in an “E” formation. One of the courtyards contains an all weather artificial tennis court with a paved seating area. Recently a secure covered bicycle rack has been installed to accommodate up to 70 bicycles.

The office areas have been designed for partitioning layout on a 1350 mm module with raised floors of 100 mm depth and accessible acoustic ceiling with recessed light fittings. The floor slab to ceiling slab height is excellent at 3.2 m.

The air conditioning comprises VRV (variable refrigerant volume) within the office blocks, vary between 6 and 7 storeys.

Block C was totally refurbished 4 years ago with updated and modern common areas, lifts and w/c accommodation. Block A will shortly follow a refurbishment of similar contemporary style and finishes. Block B links between the two.
